Robert Bethge

Robert Bethge bought his first investment property in Germany in 1993, before moving to the United States in 2001. He continues to own several properties there. During his career as an engineer in the high tech industry, Robert was able to expand his real estate holdings to include two additional properties in the United States. In 2003 Robert decided to become a professional real estate investor. Today he owns multiple properties in three different states and two different countries, valued over $2 million. Robert is an aggressive investor and enjoys pushing the limits. He constantly educates himself and has acquired a deep understanding of different markets and types of property. Robert enthusiastically shares his expertise and insights with his customers and takes personal satisfaction in guiding them along their road to wealth. To recharge his batteries, Robert rides his bicycle, plays the guitar, and dances Salsa.

Dan Noble

Dan Noble had the typical dreams of a "Baby Boomer" and after graduating from San Jose State University in the early 70's began to sell real estate. He watched the "San Francisco South Bay" rise in the eyes of the world to become the "Silicon Valley", and Dan embraced that synergy for ten years to become a top performer in his field. During that period he purchased and sold investment properties as part of several investment groups, as well as owning six properties himself. In 1982 Dan's focus turned to financing and helping the average person build wealth. Today his deep commitment as a student of the economy continues to benefit his many satisfied and returning customers. Dan currently owns directly, or in partnership, several investment properties. Dan places the highest priority on strong families and friendships. His personal time is spent traveling, attending concerts, and spending quality time at home with Eileen, his wife of 31 years, their 3 adult children, and their large extended family.
