#14 The Inner Workings of a Startup Entrepreneur – The Risks, Struggles, Lessons, and Joys
Fashioning a Cool, Sleek Fashion App – The Importance of Humility, Integrity, and Realising Business Doesn’t Have To Be Dog-Eat-Dog.
This episode we have our very first guest – the gracious Jonny Kruger! Owner of The Drop, a fashion app that allows the everyman to have access to high-end, custom- made suits without the extortionate prices. We get him to delve deep into his inner-workings and talk about the risks and fears of going it alone, the struggles and lessons learnt along the way, and the mindsets that brought him to this point.
Jonny is a highly motivated man with big dreams – this is palpable and infectious – but, what’s most notable and inspiring is his strength and integrity. He will not allow his ambitious plans to compromise his family time. He battles to ensure both his work and his family are given the love and care they require to flourish. You won’t often find a man willing to juggle the two, and you’ll find even less that are able to, so I commend Jonny.
I certainly took away some valuable lessons from this interview and I hope you will too.
Until next time, be well!
This is The Gentlemen’s Game.
